There’s really no place like home… when it’s The Philadelphia Protestant Home. PPh is comfortable and affordable. There are spacious studios, clubs and one- and two-bedroom apartments in three buildings: Alpha Manor, Lawndale Manor and Gateway Manor. You can put your own special stamp on the décor. Every apartment has a private bath, kitchen, storage, cable-ready connection, heat and air conditioning and many have balconies.

Optional services are also available for a reasonable fee, including hourly housekeeping and laundry services. You can enjoy one of our meal plans where the meals are served restaurant style in our dining room. Or grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy their favorite ice cream treat at Scoops.

Living at PPh means being adventurous, enjoy a meal with family, have a fireside chat with friends or relax among your cozy personal belongings. Best of all, PPh Independent Living residents have the security of knowing that PPh care and support services are always available to you, no matter how their health care needs change over time.
