From Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1) going NORTH from City Line Avenue

From City Line Avenue Eastbound, take the Schuylkill Expressway south approx. ¼ mile and follow signs to the Roosevelt Blvd exit. Take the Roosevelt Expressway Route #1 North and stay in the inner lanes. Just past Cheltenham/Oxford Avenue signs and underpass, take the Large Street Exit (Lefthand Exit). After 7-8 blocks, turn Left onto Levick Street at the light. The eighth (8th) light is Oxford Avenue. Cross Oxford and at the 2nd block turn right onto Martin’s Mill Road. Turn right into the main PPh parking lot. Two entrances to the facility are accessible from the parking lot (1) Pathways, the nursing facility on the left and (2) Main Lobby on the right.

From Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1) going SOUTH from Bensalem, Bucks County

Stay in the outer lanes of the Roosevelt Boulevard heading south. Just south of Cottman Avenue, pass Tyson, Harbison & Magee Streets and turn right onto Levick Street. Follow Levick for approx. one mile. . Cross Oxford Avenue and at the 2nd block turn right onto Martin’s Mill Road. Turn right into the main PPh parking lot. Two entrances to the facility are accessible from the parking lot (1) Pathways, the nursing facility on the left and (2) Main Lobby on the right.

From Route 611 Willow Grove/Abington area

Travel south on Route 611 and turn left onto Township Line Road. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Turn Left onto Old Soldiers Road, which becomes Martin’s Mill Road. Take Martin’s Mill Road to Tabor, PPh is located at the intersection. Enter the main parking lot. Two entrances to the facility are accessible from the parking lot (1) Pathways, the nursing facility on the left and (2) Main Lobby on the right.

From New Jersey or PA Turnpike (Exit #28)

From the PA Turnpike Exit #28, take U.S. route #1 south (Roosevelt Boulevard). Stay in the outer lanes of the Boulevard heading south. Just south of Cottman Avenue, pass Tyson, Harbison & Magee Streets and turn right onto Levick Street. Follow Levick for approx. one mile. . Cross Oxford Avenue and at the 2nd block turn right onto Martin’s Mill Road. Turn right into the main PPh parking lot. From I-76 East or I-76 West

Take U.S. route #1 north (Roosevelt Boulevard) staying in inner lanes. Just past Cheltenham/Oxford Avenue signs and underpass, take the Large Street Exit (Lefthand Exit). From Philadelphia International Airport

Take I-95 North to Bridge Street exit. The Bridge Street exit will put you onto Aramingo Avenue which will turn into Harbison Avenue. Take Harbison Avenue to Levick Street. Make left hand turn onto Levick Street. Stay on the right hand side on Levick Street (it will be a one-way street at this point). After Levick Street becomes a two-way street, count six red lights. Make a right hand turn at the sixth light onto Martins Mill Road. The PPH campus will be on your right.

Using SEPTA

Septa 24 bus from Frankford Transportation Center: The stop at Tabor & Martin’s Mill Road is directly in front of the PPh main parking lot and entrance.

Septa 26 bus connecting from Frankford Transportation Center, Olney Terminal or Fern Rock Transportation Center: Take the stop at Tabor and Levick Streets, walk ½ block north on Tabor to the PPh main entrance at the corner of Tabor and Martin’s Mill Roads.

SEPTA 18 bus from Olney Transportation Center: Take the stop at Rising Sun and Martin’s Mill Roads. Walk approximately 5 blocks south on Martin’s Mill Road to the PPh main entrance a the corner of Tabor and Martin’s Mill Road. Call SEPTA for schedules at (215) 580-7777 or go to www.septa.org.
