PPh Group is a unique division of The Philadelphia Protestant Home, a fully accredited continuing care retirement community in Northeast Philadelphia.   • Facility Development and Management: Financial feasibility study through the actual design/build process and eventual day-to-day management.
  • Financial Services: IT, SOS system integration, payroll system management, third party billing, budget planning process, payables/receivables, due diligence.
  • Fund Development: Programs designed to enhance your fundraising, foundation or other benevolent activities. Planning and coordination of special and recognition events, major gift prospects and development of a planned giving program.
  • Human Resource Management: Performance Management Programs, staff development and training, strategic planning, orientation and staffing assessments. Motivational talks, time management, etc.
  • Marketing: Strategic planning and development of a marketing plan, marketing research, collateral materials development, and census development.
  • Materials/Resource Management: Management and control systems for the purchase of goods and services, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment.
  • Organizational Development and Strategic Planning: Interactive meetings with your staff and Board to develop an internal growth and planning strategy that encompasses all people and facets of your organization. Our philosophy of complete integration results in ownership and accomplishments.
  • Printing and Reproduction: Reproductions, design, brochures, pamphlets, three-color capacity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Complete accreditation and compliance support including Policies and Procedures, mock surveys, and self-assessment training. Department of Health survey preparation and HIPAA regulatory compliance.
